This was a 10000/10. Me & My man passed by during our roadtrip up the east coast and got the Catfish dinner & Fried Chicken dinner. From a NY Native, this was BOMB, freshly made and affordable. Hope to be back again to have more food.

The facility is a bit out dated, but as far as the food and owner, you couldn't ask for better. I highly recommend coming here!

I’m a trucker from Atlanta and I found this place on Google. Had a delivery at Smithfield Plant in Tar Heel. Bobtailed to this hidden gem. Older Guy runs the kitchen and register so bare with him.. Enjoy the ol skool music playing and chill.. I ordered the whiting fish plate with Mac & Cheese and cabbage.! It came with two slices of white bread and a cup of hot sauce.! Definitely didn’t disappoint.! You can either take out or eat inside.. I ate inside.. Real chill neighborhood spot..

Think diners, drive inns , and dives. This place is a dive, but wow he makes some great fish! By the looks of things he is ther to serve the neighborhood. We got the catfish plate and a shrimp plate. The catfish actually had seasoning in the breading that you could taste and still taste the fish, same with the shrimp. No grease/oil on the plate or my fingers from the fish. My wife really likes tarter sauce but they were out of it and my wife didn't even miss having the sauce as the fish tasted so good on its own. Oh and the price. For 9 I got 3 pieces of fish, slaw, & potatoe salad.

I ordered 4 dinners and everything was cooked fresh and taste delicious. My halfway point when traveling up and down 95 Florida to NJ. Mr. Jimmy is always professional and mild mannered.

We were passing through headed back to New York and found this wonderful gem. Very inviting and accommodating. The cheeseburger was really good and made me regret not ordering 2. The prices are amazing. can't wait to passby again!

Looking for some GOOD down south cooking? THIS is the place! From stewed taters, to cabbage, to fried chicken gizzards- you WON'T be disappointed!! Even the seafood boil is ON POINT. .. Tell Mr. Jimmy Brian & Ashley sent ya!

Had the pleasure to assist Mr. Jimmy on a internet upgrade. After the upgrade was completed, I decided to have a pork chop plate with rice and gravy along with green. The taste did not miss a beat! But was impressive was to see Mr. Jim run the register and take phone/walk-in orders all by himself. Just AWESOME!!
